Amerisy.com Terms of Service

The following is the Agreement between Amerisy™ and everyone who utilizes the Amerisy.com website. By participating in Amerisy services you indicate your acceptance of this Agreement and your consent to be bound by it. Our terms for participation in our services is as follows:

DESCRIPTION OF SERVICES

Amerisy operates as a promotional network of American owned and operated businesses. Amerisy helps online consumers recognize nationally-based businesses. Network members are awarded the Amerisy seal to display on their websites and auction listings.

ACCOUNT QUALIFICATION

Amerisy membership is open to web-based businesses owned and operated by United States citizens living in the USA.

MEMBERSHIP PAYMENTS

Your first annual membership fee is due in advance. The current cost of membership is $29.95 per year. Payments are processed by PayPal.com. You agree to abide by PayPal's own User Agreement.

MEMBER DATA

Members are required to maintain accurate business data at all times including full legal business name, authorized contact person, mailing address, telephone number, and a valid email address. Your data may be subject to verification by Amerisy staff at any time.

NOTICE TO THIRD-PARTIES

WHILE AMERISY WORKS DILIGENTLY TO VERIFY NETWORK MEMBERS, AMERISY CANNOT GUARANTEE THE ACTIONS OR CITIZENSHIP STATUS OF ANY MEMBER. Should you have a formal complaint regarding a Amerisy account holder (i.e. spam, data compromise, etc.) please visit the Support Center.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Each user agrees to indemnify and hold us harmless for any losses resulting from any use or attempted use of our services in violation of this Agreement. Our services are only available for lawful purposes. Applicable state or federal laws and regulations may limit our services.

NO WARRANTIES

You agree that your use of our services is at your sole risk. Our services are provided on a strictly "as is" basis. We do not provide any warranties.

OUR RIGHTS

We may suspend or terminate your use of our services at any time, without notice for any reason, in our sole discretion. We reserve the right to change this Agreement at any time.
